In 2025, the Big Sit!® had 83 circles reporting from four countries: the United States, Guatemala, Italy, and Finland. Thirty states were represented in the United States.

• Hazel Bazemore Park Hawkwatch Platform in Texas – 114 species
• Killbuck Marsh Wildlife Area--Force Rd. West in Ohio – 99 species
• Finca La Gracia in Guatemala (Sunday, 10/12/25) – 86 species
• Elfin Forest Preserve--Lupine Point Overlook in California – 86
• Finca La Gracia in Guatemala (Saturday, 10/11/25) – 84 species
• Smith Neck Road Big Sit! In Connecticut – 80 species

For 2025, the circles with the highest number of participants are:

• Chatfield SP--Original Heronry Overlook in Colorado – 51 birders
• Glacial Park --Lost Valley Visitor Center in Illinois – 48 birders
• John Heinz NWR--impoundment (Philadelphia Co.) in Pennsylvania – 30 birders
• HRDABRD at Middle Creek (Big Sit) in Pennsylvania – 28 birders
• Greensboro Bog Garden in North Carolina – 24 birders

Over 500 unique species were recorded within a count of over 80,000 birds. Circles enjoyed doing the Big Sit! for a total of 734 hours, with 760 birders participating for all or part of the time.
